AWARD NOMINATION FORMS

Nominations are requested for the Sally Henry Memorial Award. It is presented, along with the Hall of Fame Award at the OHEIB Annual General Meeting.

This is your chance to honour your peers and mentors. Take a moment to nominate a colleague. Just fill-in the forms online, or else download a form, fill-it in, print it out and send by post to the address below.

Sally Henry Memorial Award

The Sally Henry Award recipient is a person who reflects Sally's enthusiasm for life and diverse interests beyond their Home Economics commitments. She/he must be a qualified Home Economist, currently practising within the profession. Neither the nominee nor the nominator is required to be a member of OHEIB. The award consists of an inscribed certificate and a personalized plaque beneath the silver rose bowl that was awarded to Sally and generously donated to OHEIB by her heirs.

Hall of Fame Award

The Hall of Fame Award recipient is a Home Economist of long standing in the profession who has significantly affected the practice of Home Economics over the years, and has guided many younger professional Home Economists during their careers. This award consists of an inscribed silver rose bowl.
